Ms. Goldberg is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive leader with a strong portfolio of success. She possesses extensive expertise in resolving complex issues between the private sector and government, as well as advising corporate clients on internal matters.

Beth has contributed to the successful implementation of a wide array of public and private undertakings, ranging from structuring the largest industrial development project in the history of New York, to structuring municipal hedge fund investment, to facilitating real estate based equity investments on behalf of pension funds. 

Ms. Goldberg received a Masters Degree from Columbia University. Subsequently, Beth served as the Director of Finance and Development at the Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation, quickly rising to President & Chief Operating Officer. While there, she served as lead consultant on economic development matters to the highest level of elected officials in the City and State of New York. Thereafter, she founded Auric Ventures in 1987.

Mr. Meyer brings a unique skill set to Auric Ventures, blending his business acumen and public policy background with his experience as a commercial litigator, which results in keen insights to our clients on matters handled by our firm.

Zachary is an accomplished entrepreneur in his own right, piecing together a number of commercial transactions in new and emerging markets prior to joining Auric Ventures, while simultaneously practicing law as a traditional commercial litigator.

Throughout law school, Mr. Meyer served as a Senior Editor on the Journal of International Business & Law, while refining his commercial skills at the Economic Development Clinic, where he advised clients on a range of issues. Zachary has been published in the fields of financial regulation, economics, bankruptcy, and public policy. Zachary earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, where he studied public policy and business administration.
